My classes are designed with you and your goals in mind, each will be fun and engaging and are capped at a safe number of participants depending on the class type. This ensures that I can give each participant all the attention they need regardless of fitness and ability.
Corporate training is becoming increasingly more popuar with companies. The idea being that if your staff are healthy and active, they are happier, healthier, use less sick days and are ultimately more productive.
Corporate training programmes are designed to get the most out of your workers as possible, without leaving them drained and lifeless after the session. The classes are 45 minutes in duration so that there is still tiime to change before and after the class and get back to work on time.
My passion for fitness and all things sport didn't come overnight, the truth is I struggled in school and was inevitabley the last one picked for football! That said, I came into my own after suffering a knee injury whilst playing rugby and discovered an insatiable want for knowledge on why the physio was doing this, and how I am still able to do that etc. This set off a touch paper in me that was to ignite a future in the fitness industry, specialising in exactly what got me here in the first place, getting people back to what they want to be!
