Charlie will conduct an initial physical analysis to ascertain your current level and create a regime specifically tailored to you, taking into account current fitness, activity levels, existing and potential new injuries, limitations and nutrition.

INSTRUMENT ASSISTED MASSAGE (IAM)
IAM is a form of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation that enables clinicians to effectively address scar tissue and fascial restrictions through comprehensive training, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
The technique uses specially-designed stainless steel instruments, along with appropriate therapeutic exercise, to specifically detect and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation. The instruments also are used diagnostically to follow the kinetic chain, to locate and treat the cause of the symptoms as well as the specific area of pain.
Small group training is a great way to get fit in a fun & comfortable environment. Classes are very effective for cardio fitness, increasing muscle tone and for improving all round fitness, with the added bonus of a group of people doing the same thing for added support!

Corporate training is becoming increasingly more popuar with companies. The idea being that if your staff are healthy and active, they are happier, healthier, use less sick days and are ultimately more productive.
Corporate training programmes are designed to get the most out of your workers as possible, without leaving them drained and lifeless after the session! The classes are 45 minutes in duration so that there is still tiime to change before and after the class and get back to work on time.
Posture is a term that gets paired with either 'good' or 'bad'. My belief is that good or bad posture is not down to whether you stand upright or sit with a 'neutral spine' but more to do with being able to stay in positions regular to you without pain, and to be ble to get out of those positions again.
My postural assesment takes into account your daily actiities, amount of time in certain positions (driving a car for example) and ability to move in and out of these places. It is a necessary part to any of my training programmes as it is important to keep you able to move comfortably around in your daily life, without feeling awkward and jerky!
